We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager/Specialist of system development to join our R&D Team. The main responsibility of this role is to track all R&D projects and ensure the deliverables meet customer satisfaction. The key tasks include creating project schedules using professional software to monitor timeline and tasks, participating in both internal and external R&D meetings to achieve company milestones and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
．Plan and oversee all aspects of R&D projects to achieve company milestones.
．Ensure project schedule, budgets, quality and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations.
．Manages the phase gate development plan in line with product specifications and design controls procedures.
．Lead product reviews and manage controlled documentation including design changes.
．Support vendor selection by ensuring that suppliers have adequate quality systems, good manufacturing practices and manufacturing process control to meet product quality standards and requirements.
．Assist supply chain management by tracking the ordering and delivery status to meet the schedule and proactively addressing any potential risks in the current supply chain.

Qualifications:
．BS or MS degree in engineering, science or related fields.
．1-3 years relevant experience in project management.
．Experience in design controls and change management is preferred.
．Ability to effectively present project status and respond to questions from internal groups and manufacturing partners.
．Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation. Excellent ability to motivate team members and manage external vendors.
．Be familiar with project management software is required. Certification in project management (PMP) is desirable.
．Good command of English is required.
