Call for grant proposals for identification of a novel microscope-guided proteome

Syncell Microscoop has been used to successfully identify novel proteins at specific locations under a microscope. It is a revolutionary technology that enables de novo microscope-guided subcellular protein/biomarker identification for both cell and tissue samples, making in situ spatial proteome discovery feasible. It can be applied broadly to diverse biological problems in different fields, including but not limited to oncology, neuroscience, stem cell biology, metabolic diseases, signaling pathway studies, immunology, etc.

Proposals are solicited for a grant to identify novel spatial proteins/biomarkers using Syncell Microscoop. The winner will be awarded to receive a customized sample-to-result spatial biomarker discovery service valued at up to $50,000 at no cost.

To be eligible, please submit a short abstract that describes the aims and scientific significance of your spatial proteomics project. For example, one may propose to identify the proteome of mutant primary cilia of culture cells or of specific regions of liver slices from patient's tissues. Microscopy images should be provided with annotation specifying the region of interest on the images.

The award is at the sole-discretion of Syncell. Abstracts must be received by July 31, 2022 and the award will be granted in August 2022.
